When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. We use royal mail and delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free when you buy 6 or more Flavour kits — and you’ll get a 7th free, too.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the UK. We’re working on adding international shipping — sign up for our newsletter to be first to know.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please get in touch at hello@dishup.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to rectify any issues.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay for easy checkout.

Our seasonings are made to help you freestyle. No rules — just bold blends to sprinkle, taste, and experiment with. We have a load of suggested uses to help you get creative with.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Wherever possible, yes. Our kit boxes and tubs are recyclable. We’re always working on ways to do better.
